Problem

Rich qualitative and quantitative data existed, but fragmented formats and inconsistent visuals made outcomes hard to interpret, compare, and communicate across schools.

Key decisions

  • Built a centralized portal to reduce link-sprawl and retrieval friction.
  • Designed modular report templates to standardize interpretation.
  • Used iconography and infographics to reduce cognitive load.
